1. Shipping costs

Wir We ship national and international by insured GLS Transport with a tracking number that you can find under GLS.de

national 4,90 €  Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxem. 9,50 €

Please contact us about shipping costs to countries not mentioned.

2. Delivery

We ship the item as soon as your payment arrived

3. Prices

All prices include 19% VAT tax. (further information you find under "customer information)

4. Retention of title

We shall retain title to all goods delivered (conditional commodity) until such time as all claims to which we are entitled within the scope of the business relation, including in particular the respective balance claims, have been fulfilled. .

 

5. Return Rights and Instructions

The quality of your experience is our priority. In the event that you are not satisfied with any item, you many return it within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded. See below the return adress:
